Aamir Khan’s wrestling drama ‘Dangal’ is unstoppable at the Chinese markets. After ending the second week run with $78.48 million, Dangal refused to slow down at the China box office as the movie grossed $5.97 million on third Friday, taking the total 15 days collection to $84.45 million, which is Rs 544.3 crores in INR.
As the film is going strong, it is now eyeing for above Rs 800 crores alone from the China markets in its total run. By the end of its third-weekend run, the movie is estimated to gross a minimum of Rs 650 crores as Saturday already started with a terrific opening at the ticket window.
With ‘Dangal’ China collections of Rs 544.3 crores, Aamir Khan – Nitesh Tiwari’s movie grossed Rs 1309.6 crores from the worldwide box office till date.
In the Taiwan, the film grossed Rs 21.3 crores approximately till date and the first phase release collection of ‘Dangal’ is at Rs 744 crores, where it grossed Rs 542.5 crores from the India and Rs 201.5 crores from the overseas box office.
As the film is superb strong in the China, it is heading towards Rs 1500-crore club at the worldwide box office in its forthcoming days and going to challenge S S Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’ movie collection, which are at Rs 1465 crores approximately in its 22 days run.
