In the USA, the movie minted $335k till Monday, which is a moderate performance for Mani Ratnam’s movie in the overseas.
On the other hand, the Telugu version ‘Cheliya’, which released simultaneously along with Tamil version on April 7th, failed to mint money at the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states. By the end of Monday, Cheliya raked Rs 1.63 crores share from the Telugu states and $84k from the USA markets.
