Aamir Khan’s “Dangal” is steady at the box office even after the second weekend. As per the Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh, the film collected Rs 13.45 crores Nett on the 11th day of its release and the total India collections remain at Rs 284.69 crores Nett, where the gross amount is Rs 398.56 crores.

Now, “Dangal” surpasses the lifetime India collections of “Dhoom 3” movie which minted Rs 280.25 crores in its final run and emerges as All Time Top 4 Highest-grossing Bollywood film. It still needs to collect Rs 16 more crores to beat Salman Khan’s “Sultan” lifetime India collections of Rs 300.45 crores Nett. Going by the trend, “Dangal” can cross “Sultan” collections by the end of its second-week run.
On the other hand, the film collected Rs 145.8 crores from the overseas markets until January 2nd, 2017. The total 11 days worldwide collections of “Dangal” grossed Rs 544.36 crores.
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film is a biopic of Mahavir Singh who wants to see their two daughters Geetha Phogat and Babita Phogat as world class wrestlers. Pritam composed the music for this sports drama and it was produced by Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao, and Siddharth Roy Kapur.
